Please confirm that you are in the destination which you purchased for,
because Plan will work only in that destination.
Please turn off your phone and open again and wait a moment
and check the connection.
If the issue still not solve then reset your network
- Open the 'Settings' app
- Select 'General'
- Select 'Transfer or reset iPhone'
- Select 'Reset Network Settings'
