Please confirm that you are in the destination which you purchased for, because Plan will work only in purchased destination.
Please turn off your phone and open again and wait a moment and check the connection.
If the issue still not solve then reset your network
- Open the 'Settings' app
- Select 'General'
- Select 'Transfer or reset iPhone'
- Select 'Reset Network Settings'

Yes, 6months from the purchase date
So please ensure that you begin using your data plan within 6months of the purchase date.
The Netto service plan period begins upon establishing communication upon arrival in the destination country only.

Also, it’s better to check with your mobile or carrier provider for further clarification
Currently, Netto doesn’t offer plans with a phone number.
However, you can use call features on various applications like LINE, Instagram, 050 plus, or any other data communication app that is available with internet connectivity.
If you need to make dial-up calls or use SMS due to your circumstances, you cannot use the eSIM purchased from Netto.
You can use them by turning on the SIM card you used domestically.
In this case, international call fees from domestic carriers will apply. Please note that you will be responsible for the call charges, etc.
If you do not use calls or SMS, please switch to using Netto's eSIM for data communication.
(Please note that using data communication with your domestically used SIM card can lead to high charges)
